Exchange & Return Policy

Sometimes you need to see an item in person to determine if it’s the right fit. SEA & BEE CO makes it easy to do so with our hassle-free return policy.

EXCHANGE POLICY
All items in original, unworn condition may be returned within 07 days after the order was sent out. The merchandise must be returned unworn and in its original condition. The customer can choose to exchange for any item of equal value or top up for a higher value item. No refund will be made for exchanging to a lower value item.

For exchange via mailing, please email us at seaandbeeco@gmail.com on the exchange procedure. Kindly note that the returned merchandise will be sent back to our warehouse at the customer cost, and the new package will be subjected to a standard shipping fee.
For exchange at our retail shop, please bring along the strap and the order receipt for verification.

Sea & Bee Co will not provide any exchanges/returns/refunds/credit codes should you purchase from any third party. Order number has to be provided for the exchanging of merchandise. No exchange will be made in the event that no valid order number is provided. In the event for exchanges (other than defective merchandise), both the cost of postage for return and new package will be borne by the customer.

RETURN POLICY
All goods sold are strictly non- refundable except in the event of defective merchandise. In the event a customer received a defective merchandise, the merchandise must be returned unworn and in its original condition within 07 days after the order was sent out. 

Sea & Bee Co is a general watch strap company that does not represent any watch brand and maker. By placing an order via our website, we reserve the right to assume the customer’s awareness of the suitability of his/her purchase. We will not provide refund for any damage of straps arising from the use of strap on unsuitable watch models. Please consult us beforehand if you have reservation on whether our strap is suitable for your watch model.

In the event for return packages to Sea & Bee Co for defective merchandise, Sea & Bee Co will refund for the cost of postage only.
